To be eligible for a return, your item must adhere to some conditions.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Bookings canceled after confirmation and payment of deposit will incur cancellation fees as follows, which depend upon the number of days prior to departure:
90-60 days prior to arrival – 100% refund,
59–30 days prior to arrival. – 80% refund,
29–15 days prior to arrival – 65% refund,
15 – 07 days prior to arrival – 50% refund
00- 07 days prior to arrival – No refund
Payments will be refunded online to the customer accounts within 10 working days after cancellation.
